1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nova Voyce, an AI-powered call answering and lead management platform for trade businesses ("Service"), operated by Nova Voyce ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Nova Voyce provides an AI voice receptionist that answers inbound calls to a phone number provisioned for your business, captures caller information as leads, and provides a dashboard for managing leads, bookings, jobs, schedules, and invoices.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires an active subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your business identity, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to callers via your AI greeting.

6. Phone Numbers and Call Data

Phone numbers provisioned through the Service remain associated with your account while your subscription is active. Call recordings, transcripts, and derived lead data are processed to provide the Service and may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or non-payment of fees.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated call handling will be accurate in all circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Voyce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed calls, missed leads, or lost business.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
